Report:
A community of 64 self contained flats with lounge, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen in all.

The kitchens have Forbo ‘Surestep’ safety flooring, along with bathroom/shower rooms, which had self coved skirting for hygiene and ease of cleaning. The total m² of safety flooring in all kitchens and bathrooms is approximately 1200 m².

The remainder of the flats had  Gradus ‘Bodega’ carpet in the lounge, bedrooms and hall. The total amount being approximately 3600 m².

The disabled showers and W/C’s and store cupboards in the communal areas had Forbo ‘Surestep’ safety flooring. The total m² is approximately 240 m².

In the communal corridors on the 1st and 2nd floor, and four 3 storey staircases, we installed Gradus ‘Adventurer’ carpet and stair nosings. Total approximately 1400 m².

The ground floor corridors, reception lounge, exercise suites, restaurant, hairdressing room, shop, and therapy suite had Karndean ‘Van Gogh’ wood effect plank vinyl strips to give good aesthetic appeal and a warm homely feel. The amount fitted was approximately 800 m².

The Builder, Client and Residents were all very pleased with the quality, courtesy and service given.
